They don't call her the queen of Halloween for nothing.

Heidi Klum isn't called the queen of Halloween for no reason. From her over-the-top costumes to her annual Halloween party (and most recently the short horror films, starring her family), nobody does spooky season quite like the supermodel. So, it would make sense then if she started getting into the holiday spirit earlier than expected.

Seemingly such was the case when Heidi stepped out for the taping of America's Got Talent: Fantasy League in Los Angeles on Friday. Photographed outside the studio, she wore a head-to-toe bright red leather outfit that looked a lot like Michael Jackson's look in his "Thriller" music video. On top, Klum threw on a red leather bomber jacket decorated with silver snaps and styled with the sleeves rolled up, while on bottom, she wore a pair of matching baggy leather pants that she tucked into her slouchy stiletto boots in the same shade.

Keeping with her all-red color palette, Heidi even painted her nails a bright crimson, but deviated from the theme when she accessorized with a vibrant orange Birkin bag. Reflective gold aviator sunglasses, chunky silver earrings, and her signature blonde beach waves rounded out her look.

Earlier this week, Heidi admitted that she has often had "sleepless nights" over her Halloween costume. “I always try to find things that people naturally wouldn’t do,” Klum told People. “Most people do nurses or police officers, but I was always looking for something that I hadn’t seen.” And every time, she's able to pull it off — one year she was a giant worm, while another she transformed into a skinless human with her muscles and organs on full display.

As for this year, Heidi says her costume will be something big, adding: “My goal is to not let any of my Halloween fans down.”
