Heidi Klum's Daughter Leni Shows Intense Sunburn After Not Using 'Enough Sunscreen'

Leni Klum, Heidi Klum's 19-year-old daughter, really felt the burn after a recent outing in the sun.

The model shared a photo on her Instagram Stories showing herself lying facedown on a bed with her bare back on display, revealing the intense red sunburn from her shoulders to her bottom. What made the burn even more evident were the lines left by her bikini, revealing the huge difference between the burned and unburned skin.

Leni wrote on the photo, "obviously didn't use enough sunscreen ..."

Hopefully, Leni will take note of the painful red sunburn and make sure to reapply her sunscreen often next time—or opt for a higher SPF to protect her skin from the rays.

The 19-year-old is a rising talent in the modeling industry, following in her supermodel mother's footsteps. She is currently a Dior Beauty ambassador, and she even posed alongside Klum for a shoot last year.

Speaking with People in October 2022, Leni got super honest about her career and the "nepo baby" conversation, saying that she is very aware that who her parents are helped her get into the industry.

"It's just a fact. My parents are famous," commented Leni. "I did get help starting off, and I know that people would dream to start off with what I had. I'm so grateful that I've been able to take what was gifted to me by my mom."

But Leni made it clear that she is working hard on her own to build her career from here: "But I am doing the work and putting in the time. Now I'm working on my own, traveling alone, going to school. My mom and I just have the same love for the same thing."

Leni is the daughter of Klum and Flavio Briatore, though Klum's ex husband, Seal, adopted her when she was just 5. She has three siblings, Henry, Johan and Lou, whom Klum shares with Seal. While she continues pursuing modeling, the 19-year-old is also studying interior design at a NYC college.
