  • Heidi Klum just executed the costume change of the century when she went from a very authentic-looking worm costume to a naked, glittery bodysuit look this week.

  • The model, 49, was all strong abs and legs in the photo, which she posted on Instagram.

Heidi Klum is the unofficial queen of Halloween and she clearly solidified her title this year after going to a party dressed as a life-sized worm. (I mean, just try to top that… .) Well, apparently she changed into something very different afterward—and she’s sharing a BTS Instagram pic that’s anything but worm-like.

In the photo, a glammed-out Heidi can be seen wearing a sparkly nude bodysuit as the worm costume is being pulled down at her feet. (Heidi wore a white bodysuit underneath the worm that can be seen in a video she shared to Instagram.) The 49-year-old supermodel is seriously toned all over, but her legs and core are next-level.

“Would you still love me if I was a worm?” she joked in the caption. In a huge change of pace for her, Heidi actually allowed for comments on the post. “This was an amazing costume. But disturbing. Very well done!!” one person wrote. “You wore that inside a worm, damn,” said another.

It’s hardly shocking that Heidi would be flaunting her core of steel—she is a supermodel, after all—but she’s definitely stayed pretty low key lately when it comes to sharing her fitness routines.

But in earlier years, she was pretty open about her love of long runs. “My favorite workout is a long run along the West Side Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she told Glamour way back in 2014. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

However, she told Women's Health UK that while she has “a treadmill that’s really great," mostly, "it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it.” She still tries to get exercise every day, though, whether she's running or not!

Based on what she shares on Instagram, Heidi now does things like hiking and circuit training, with a healthy dose of dancing in the mix. She recently showed off her moves in a video for her song with Snoop Dogg, “Chai Tea with Heidi,” and she was a total ball of energy the whole time. Check it out:

On the food front, Heidi does her best to eat well and cook her own food. She told ET in 2018 that she likes to eat at home whenever possible. “I think when you eat out a lot or order food in a lot, it kind of gets a little tricky, because you don't know what people are putting in there,” she said.

Heidi also told Women’s Health UK in 2017 that she avoids eating too many carbs and instead, she reaches for lean meats, fish, and vegetables. Still, she knows when to have a good time. “[I was] out for dinner recently, and truffles are in season,” she shared. “I had to have the truffle pizza and the truffle pasta. So it’s not like I don’t [indulge], just not all the time.”

OK, seriously: How can she possibly top the worm next year?
