She also shared this year's Halloween motto in the caption: "GO BIG OR GO HOME."
While celebrities were celebrating Halloween all weekend long, Queen of Halloween Heidi Klum appears to be waiting until October 31 to debut her costume. But she went ahead and dropped a casual nude in anticipation of the big event, writing "The Calm before the storm. 3 days to #heidihalloween2023. My Motto this Halloween GO BIG OR GO HOME 🥳."
Heidi obviously wins Halloween every year, though not sure anything can top her dressing up as a worm, a moment that gave the internet one of the most powerful images of all time:
Heidi told Entertainment Tonight that her worm costume "took a very long time" (several months, specifically) to create, and that she initially wanted to be a tree before changing her mind (and thank god because worm > everything). Ahead of her worm reveal, she said, "I don't want to let my Halloween fans down, or myself. Because it's an internal challenge with myself every year to come up with something amazing, something unexpected. I feel like I've achieved that this year, now I just really hope it works. There's never really a trial. There's no dress rehearsal, so, when I do it that day—it's either it works or it doesn't work, so I hope it works."
Meanwhile, here's what she said while being interviewed on the red carpet: "I just wanted to think outside the box, do something different, I wanna put a smile on people's faces. I want to go, like, 'She was what? A rainworm?' I just wanna say this is one of my best ones. I don't know if you agree, but I feel like a million bucks!"
