Heidi Klum And Her Killer Legs Dance It Out With Sofia Vergara In Two New IG Videos

Heidi Klum cannot stop dancing! The 48-year-old America's Got Talent judge is back on set and getting everyone to groove along with her—and she's got evidence by way of two new Instagram posts.

In the first video, Heidi and Sofia Vergara dancing and shaking their hips together. Heidi is rocking a long sleeve floral minidress with heels, and her legs look so strong and toned.

"Favorite part of the day💃🏼💃🏼❤️🥳🥳 @agt @sofiavergara," she captioned the video.

Then, Howie Mandel got in on the dance session with Heidi and Sophia. They all showed off their moves while grooving to Heidi's song with Snoop Dogg "Chai Tea With Heidi," and I love the goofiness of it all.

"Working really hard today 🤣🤣🤣 Teaching @sofiavergara and @howiemandel Chai Tea With Heidi 😛," Heidi captioned the clip.

Lately, the supermodel has been staying fit by teaching others how to do her signature dance, including Jimmy Fallon and husband Tom Kaulitz. And when she's not movin' and groovin', Heidi also likes to get her cardio in by running.

"My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

ICYMI, Heidi's super fit legs are also worth some *major* dollars. She told People in 2017 that one of her legs was insured for $1 million, while the other was insured for $1.2 million. The reason they aren't both $1.2 million? She has a scar on one of her knees from when she was young.

Heidi also eats a healthy diet. She starts her day with an egg white omelette with green pepper, spring onion, spinach, and parsley, with a side of fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Lunch is usually a protein (chicken, turkey, or tuna) paired with some grains and more veggies, she shared with Women's Health UK.

She added, “your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40. I always thought, ‘That's not going to happen to me.’ But it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I've figured out what works for me.”

And, Heidi recently shared a picture of herself sipping a delicious coconut drink behind the scenes of AGT.
