  • Heidi Klum is truly living her best life, as evidenced by her latest Instagram post.

  • In the new video, the 48-year-old supermodel is busting out some of her dance moves with Australian pop star Kylie Minogue. And wow, her legs are so ultra sculpted!

  • So how does she stay in such great shape? She's big into long outdoor runs, for starters. Beyond that, she makes sure to eat everything in moderation.

Heidi Klum just loves to dance. Whether she's busting out her moves onset or grooving to her new single with Snoop Dogg, the Germany's Next Top Model host clearly knows how to work it.

And in a new Instagram video, the 48-year-old supermodel shared yet another movement-forward clip of herself getting down with Australian pop star Kylie Minogue. As usual, Heidi looked amazing in a low-cut dress that had a super-high slit. The two got together after Kylie made a surprise appearance on Germany's Next Top Model.

"Thank you @kylieminogue for joining my show 🙌 You are ⚡🔥💥🚀🦄👑⭐💫✨
#GNTM #GNTM2022," she captioned the video.

Heidi's super strong legs were on full display, as they should be: They're worth some major dollars. She told People in 2017 that one of her legs was insured for $1 million, while the other was insured for $1.2 million. The reason they aren't both $1.2 million? She has a scar on one of her knees from when she was young.

To keep herself in tip-top form, Heidi likes to get in some cardio by running. She told Glamour, "My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City...it's a beautiful path and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community."

She also likes to go on long walks with her hubby Tom Kaulitz and pup Anton.

In terms of nutrition, Heidi prefers to cook her meals at home. “[I] have four children, so we cook a lot. I don't really eat out a lot,” she told ET. “I think when you eat out a lot or order food in a lot, it kind of gets a little tricky because you don't know what people are putting in there.”

But of course, she also makes sure to treat herself: “It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation,” she told Glamour. “If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger.”

Naturally, though, it's everything in moderation for her. "There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish, and vegetables," she said of craft services to Women’s Health UK. "I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it."

BRB. Gotta find my running shoes...
