Heidi Klum posted new Instagram photos and videos of herself in a swimsuit with her husband, and her abs are seriously toned.
She's been active for a while, and these days, she's into cycling, strength training, swimming, and yoga.
The model loves eating healthily, and also regularly shares fun pictures of delicious desserts and spreads.

Heidi Klum has been having an amazing summer, traveling around with her husband Tom Kaulitz, and she's got a gorgeous Instagram feed to prove it. The pair got married in 2019, and she just celebrated their anniversary with the sweetest tribute on the app.

The 50-year-old model dropped a ton of videos and pics of herself and Tom together. There’s Heidi working the coolest cow print swimsuit top and matching pants, putting her toned abs on full display as she sits across the table from her husband at a restaurant.

More shots show how strong Heidi is in a crochet swimsuit top, and flashing her sculpted legs while posing in a mini dress alongside Tom.

“Ich bin soooo verliebt in Dich Tom Kaulitz ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Happy Anniversary mein Liebling 🥰,” she wrote in the caption. The sweet translation: “I'm soooo in love with you Tom Kaulitz ❤️❤️❤️ ❤️Happy Anniversary my darling🥰.”

There's no doubt that Heidi is mega-sculpted all over and looks so, so happy right now. On the fitness front, she has been active for years. She used to be into running, but now focuses on cycling, strength training, and swimming, Vogue France says.

The America’s Got Talent judge practices yoga, too. She shared photos on Instagram back in 2020 of herself doing an inversion against a mirror, which will really tone up your core and shoulders.

Heidi also finds ways to squeeze strength training into her day-to-day life.

She shared an Instagram video earlier this summer of herself doing impressive-looking weighted arm and leg lifts in a Germany’s Next Top Model meeting room. Hilariously, the people around her didn’t seem to be paying any attention to her as she got down to work.

Also in the mix? Walks on the beach with Tom.

Food-wise, Heidi has made it clear that she’s a healthy eater. She told Women's Health UK in 2017 that she starts her day with a green smoothie and tries to limit her carb intake.

That said, she knows how to have fun. Heidi's posts on the 'Gram regularly feature shots of delicious spreads, along with ice cream and yummy desserts.
