The iconic supermodel treated followers to a video of her in an all-white workout set, with matching leggings and a white sports bra. And without a stitch of makeup.
She stays fit with lots of walking, dancing, and of course, some weights.

She captioned the post “von nichts kommt nichts” which according to my research (Google Translate) means “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Truth!
Heidi has been body goals for years.
And while that has looked differently through the years, the 49-year-old model takes followers along for the ride on her latest routines. Short story: lots of walking, dancing, and of course, some weights.
From her recent Instagram posts, it seems like Heidi's living her best life on vacation. She captioned a nearly-nude sunbathing pic of her and hubs Tom Kaulitz with a cheeky, "Hot girl summer 😛."
And last summer, she showed off a workout with Tom. Heidi did a leg and butt toning workout while laying on her back and bicycling her legs with ankle weights, according to Eat This Not That.

My personal fave is to see Heidi dance though. I mean, does it get any cuter than this video?
As far as her diet, Heidi told ET during a 2018 interview that she cooks most of her family’s meals.
“I think when you eat out a lot or order food in a lot, it kind of gets a little tricky because you don't know what people are putting in there,” she told the show.
