No stranger to high speed, hill bombing assaults and genuine thrill-seeking, David Gonzalez will have you watching these impressive clips from the edge of your seat.

These hills are no joke. They're crowded and condensed, cars and people popping out of nowhere—if you're claustrophobic, I wouldn't even walk these streets, let alone blindly charge down them full speed on a board.

But we're talking about David, here. I'd say the speed bumps would be a pain, too, but he's literally using them to pump for speed. What?! The powerslides are more than necessary, but in all honesty, they're hardly doing anything. Pretty sure he doesn't want them to do anything. This dude is an animal.

This side of skating offers a small percentage of thrill seekers the ability to scare themselves while progressing all the same. The all thrill, no skill notion has been slowly burning away the past decade or so—these days it's all thrill, lots of skill—and it's breeding a new generation of fast, four-wheeled maniacs.

It's great.

David has conquered the heaviest handrails. He's plunged into the crustiest ditches; barged the most monstrous gaps. He's skated spots nobody else can (or would ever want to) skate. And these days he's still finding potential in the nooks and crannies of his hometown's backroads and side streets. The flame is burning brighter than ever.

And we're here for it!
