Over the weekend—while it seems as if everyone and their third cousin was celebrating the premiere of Greta Gerwig's Barbie—Tarek El Moussa took to Instagram to put his fitness transformation on full display. The HGTV star posted a picture of his bulging biceps alongside a paparazzi picture of him and wife Heather Rae leaving a yoga class.
"The reason I’m sharing it is because it shows me coming out of a yoga class with my wife and is PROOF that sometimes you think you’re doing the right thing but what you actually need is redirection in order to see growth," Tarek wrote, crediting a healthy diet, nutrition supplements, and regular hot yoga sessions for his physique.
Turns out, it's not just Tarek's body that's fit—his relationship is pretty healthy, too. As expected, Tarek's Instagram was flooded with supportive comments from fans—the sweetest coming from his partner in life, and on The Flipping El Moussas, Heather Rae. "Hardest working man," she wrote alongside a string of emojis. "We love you, daddy bear." The dynamic design duo has never shied away from leaving positive comments on each other's pictures—they're basically each other's best hype person—but this one particularly tugged at our heartstrings. And, of course, we're not alone in feeling that way. "That's too cute," one commenter wrote. "You guys are great for each other," another said. "Support is the most important thing." A third simply commented, "Couple goals."
To make the exchange even cuter, Tarek replied, "Love you bunny." It's like a real-life rom com playing out before our eyes—and we're willing to bet that fans will be wiping the happy tears from their eyes for the foreseeable future.
