Heather Graham, 54, Stuns in Brown Bikini During Beachside Yoga Retreat
For over three decades, Heather Graham has been starring in movies like Boogie Nights and The Hangover and TV shows like Twin Peaks, Scrubs, and Californication. Hardworking actors, just like everyone else, need some R&R every now and then, and Graham did just that with a recent trip to Mexico.
Graham shared a look into her experience in a gallery of Instagram photos. She did much more than just relax on the beach or by the pool; she traveled there for a rejuvenating yoga retreat. Sporting a brown bikini and getting into various positions around the resort she stayed at, Graham worked out her mind just as much as she did her body.

"So grateful I got to go on a yoga retreat and meditate looking at the ocean," she said, adding in Spanish that she's pleased with her time there. Graham did it all in her bikini, from standing on rocks by the ocean to wading in the water and walking on the beach. When it came time for yoga class, she donned some classic sports bras and leggings as she held her body straight up while lying on her forearms or getting down into a cobra pose.
The retreat was hosted by New York City-based yoga studio Souk. "Perfect week," the Souk account commented on Graham's post. "The ease in which we came together for practice, for community, for the love of yoga. These pics are incredible. Thank you, H, for being such a big, inspiring part of it all."
It must have been a pretty revitalizing vacation.
