Healthy Homemade Shamrock Shake

Trade in artificial milkshakes with this creamy mint chip smoothie from The Healthy Apple! It’s naturally green thanks to the healthy dose of spinach and Daily Good Greens.

Serves 1


1 peppermint tea bag

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup almond milk

1 cup baby spinach

ALOHA Daily Good Greens packet

4 tablespoons shaved ALOHA Superfood Chocolate Bar

1 large frozen banana

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Handful of ice cubes


Prepare tea by steeping tea bag in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag; set aside to cool. Then add to blender along with almond milk, baby spinach, ALOHA Daily Good Greens, three tablespoons chocolate shavings, banana, hemp seeds and ice cubes; puree until smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with remaining chocolate shavings (or a spinach shamrock!).
