Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have stepped down as senior members of the royal family, but their new non-royal roles don't fully take effect until the spring. So while we've already seen Meg and Harry start doing things differently—like move to Canada, speak at a private JP Morgan event, and ask people not to use their royal titles—we have yet to see just how far Harry and Meghan will take this whole normie thing.

But thankfully for us royal nerds (hi, hello), it looks like the Sussexes intend to stay in the spotlight. And according to The Sun, one of Meghan's first big non-royal appearances might be the Met Gala, which is taking place on May 4th. It's being reported that Meghan was invited and will attend with Vogue editor Edward Enninful, who she worked closely with when editing her British Vogue "Forces for Change" issue.

A source shares, "The Met Gala is for the Who’s Who of show business. Naturally Meghan was one of the first names on the guest list, and Edward’s team are excited that the two will go together." The Met Gala is obviously a huge event, and Meghan's appearance will also be a pretty big deal.

And just in case you're marking your calendar with potential future Meghan/Harry sightings (which, understandable), it's also being reported that the couple will fly out to England for Princess Beatrice's wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on May 29th.
