Could Harry Styles be gearing up to make his Marvel Universe debut? According to lucky viewers who attended the screening for MCU's The Eternals, Harry will be starring as Eros in the upcoming film.

Variety senior film writer, Matt Donnelly, seemingly confirmed Harry's alleged role on Twitter writing, "Harry Styles has joined the MCU as Eros, brother of Thanos."

Details on Harry's involvement may be swirling, but here's a little background about the character he's rumored to be playing. According to Marvel, Eros is the youngest son of two Eternals, A'Lars and Sui-San. Born Eron, he was rechristened as Eros at age 5, given his "interest in the opposite sex."

Marvel described Eros as "a fun-loving, carefree womanizer in contrast to his brother Thanos, a power-hungry, misanthropic schemer. Only when Thanos launched his first major attack against Titan, an attack that left their mother Sui-San dead did Eros begin to take life a bit more seriously. In subsequent campaigns against Thanos, Eros fought alongside Titan's handful of survivors." Eros, who picks up the alias Starfox, "joined the Kree Captain Mar-Vell and the Avengers in the first major defeat of Thanos."

While his superpowers include "super strength, flight and the psychic ability to control the emotions of others," Marvel claims Eros is "an Eternal who loves life, adventure and romance, earning him the nickname Knave of Hearts."

Harry has yet to confirm the news of his addition into the Marvel Universe officially, but we don't have to wait too much longer before we can find out for ourselves. Eternals is set to be released on November 5.
