The singer noted that safety was the priority at the concert.

Harry Styles is currently continuing Love on Tour with dates in South America, and a recent concert in Colombia almost got dangerous for some fans. But thanks to direction and care from Styles, a potential crowd surge was prevented.

On Nov. 27, Styles performed at the Coliseo Live event venue in Bogotá, Colombia. The venue was reportedly very hot, and people at the front near the stage allegedly started having trouble breathing.

Addressing the problem, Styles paused the show and called for the house lights to be turned on, before instructing everyone on the floor to slowly back up and make space. Some captured the moment on video, and LOS40 Colombia shared a clip on TikTok.

In the video, Styles stops the performance, quiets the crowd, and asks people in the front if they're okay.

He then says, "I’m very excited to be here, I know tonight, it’s going to be an amazing show. But the most important thing is that everyone in here is safe. There are a lot of people here, it’s warm."

To help the audience, Styles went on, "Everyone on the floor, really slowly, starting from the back, we’re going to take a couple of steps back – really slowly."

According to Daily Mail, a fan on Twitter who attended the Colombia concert said, "I just have to say that I was in the Platinum section and I almost died. And this was when this poor man had to stop the concert because we were suffocating."

The publication also reported that eight fans fainted during a surge as Styles performed.

In another TikTok video, Styles is seen grabbing water bottles and giving them to fans in the crowd to help them stay hydrated.

On TikTok, many commented on LOS 40 Colombia's video, writing things like, "Safety first I love him 🥰," and "This man is a true artist. He brought us his music but also tranquility and gave us a lesson" (translated from Spanish).
