‘Harry Potter’ house is back on the market for $2.9 million

If you’re a “Harry Potter” superfan, this home is a must-see, and a must-have. A castle in Minneapolis known as the “Harry Potter” house is on sale for just under $3 million dollars. Owner, Jeff Arundel, bought the property in 2002 and spent seven years transforming it into a Hogwarts wonderland. The 4,500-square-foot home includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a rooftop deck perfect for entertaining (and don’t forget that butterbeer). “I’m ready for somebody else to kind of take this now and curate it,” Arundel said. “I believe whoever curates it next should evolve it into whatever it should be.” The Hogwarts house feels like you’ve been transported to the film’s set. From the decor to the fixtures, this pad is spot-on Potter. There are no references to the books or movies, but it has a serious wizarding world vibe. The house recently went back on the market after a sale fell through (it was set to become a brewery). One lucky fan or someone who loves gothic design can now own the magical property!
