But, the second photo in the series, shot by photographer Alexi Lubomirski, is what really stole the show.

That photo depicts the couple surrounded by their wedding party, including some seriously adorable page boys and bridesmaids. The photo is warm, inviting, and clearly filled with joy. But just how did he get Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the rest of the crew to beam with that much happiness? With candy, of course.

"[The children] were being bribed with one Smartie here, one Smartie there," Lubomirski told Reuters in a new behind-the-scenes interview. "So as soon as the kids came on to the set, I immediately just shouted out, 'Who likes Smarties?' and then everybody, hands up, smiles; even some adults put their hands up, so that was our magic word of the day."

Of the entire shoot, Lubomirski said: "The atmosphere in the room was obviously very joyful; there were a lot of smiles. It was like a family room after the wedding. Some parents were trying to wrangle their children, other uncles and aunts were talking to their nephews and nieces. It was a family."

Lubomirski, who happens to be a polish prince himself, is obviously talented at capturing perfect moments. Not only did he shoot the couple’s engagement photos, but he also captured that last stunning shot of the new royal pair on the steps as his very last shot of the day.

"It was just one of those magical moments," he said. "She just slumped in between his legs. "And there was this moment where they were laughing, because they were joking about how they were exhausted and finally it was over." He added, "It wasn't until I actually got back to the hotel that I looked at it, and it was just like, amazing. So, one very happy moment."
