Harper Beckham Is a Soccer Star-In-Training: "Eat Your Heart Out Mia Hamm!”

Harper Beckham, the youngest daughter of Victoria and David Beckham, may only be 3-years-old, but she’s already following in her father’s footsteps.
With the World Cup kicking off, Harper was gifted an official uniform to play in. England’s Women’s soccer team sent their small fan the cutest little pint-sized jersey emblazoned with her name and the number ‘7′ — both her middle name and her dad’s number when he was part of the Manchester United team — complete with socks and shorts.

It seems the uniform might get put to good use. Last week, David posted a photo of Harper kicking a ball, with her hair pulled back in a little braid. Mom probably doesn’t appreciate the fact that she’s dirtying her adorable outfit so the white ensemble will be welcome.
“Harper likes soccer as well. It’s like a dagger going through my heart — I don’t want to see that in a headline. Please don’t tweet that,” Victoria jokingly said last week at an event last week hosted by Fern Mallis. “She’s got little shoes and a little football shirt and she runs around in the garden with her brothers. So as much as she is girly, she’s a tomboy as well.”
