Chef Alex Eusebio has opened his third restaurant, Cascabel, in Toluca Lake. The new menu contains a wide variety of taco dishes in a small, bright space on Riverside Drive.
MV Grab and Go opens in Mar Vista
MV Grab and Go, a counter-service café across from the Mar Vista Restaurant, has opened in West LA. The menu includes wraps, quesadillas, and family-style dinners.
The Guild launches new summer menu
The Guild, located in the former Screen Actors Guild headquarters on Sunset Boulevard, has launched a new summer menu.
Brentwood’s Tavern hosts fourth annual Low Country Boil
Chefs Suzanne Goin, Caroline Styne, and Amy Deaderick will host the fourth annual Low Country Boil at Tavern in Brentwood on Sunday, June 25. The Flats launches cured meats program
The Flats, a new restaurant specializing in delicious flatbreads, has just launched a new cured meats program. New charcuterie boards include phở-cured bresaola, sauerkraut-cured duck ham, root beer-cured guanciale, and other delights.
Ocean Prime hosts Negroni Week and ‘Shaken, Shucked, and Popped’ Friday happy hour
Ocean Prime in Beverly Hills has launched “Shaken, Shucked, and Popped,” a new Friday happy hour celebration with $10 cocktails, $1 oysters and $10 glasses of Veuve Rosé. The restaurant will also participate in Negroni Week from June 5 to 11 with a featured OP Negroni cocktail; proceeds will go to the Inspire Artistic Minds charity.
Harbor House opens in downtown LA
Harbor House — a 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor restaurant, coffee bar, snack shop, and cocktail lounge — has opened at Wedbush Center in downtown LA. The new space is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (weekdays only) from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
