The ball is rolling on the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards, and Hannah Waddingham is totally owning the field.

While it may not be the correct sport's idiom, the 49-year-old knocked it out of the park when she appeared on the red carpet at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Calif. on Jan. 15, 2024.

The actress ensured that all eyes were on her as she waltzed into the ceremony in a backless and plunging sparkly ice-blue-green halter gown. The tulle train of the 'whimsy' and romantic custom Marchesa dress was so long that someone walked closely behind carrying it so that it would remain in pristine condition.

Her frosty blond hair was styled in a chic updo, allowing everyone to get a full look at her incredibly toned arms and cinched waist. When asked about the dress choice, she told E! News' Laverne Cox that she "loves a dress that’s the color of my eyes”

Mere moments after her arrival, a fan rushed to social media to call the 5'11 starlet a "goddess."

Waddingham is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Rebecca Welton in Ted Lasso at this year's ceremony, which was originally scheduled to air Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, but the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes forced the Television Academy to postpone the show.

She was previously nominated for the same award in 2022 and 2021, the latter of which she won.

At this year's Golden Globes, Waddingham was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role on Television, rocking an edgy look in the form of a gothic sheer black gown made up of intricate black lace designs and a romantic corset bodice.
