Halsey and their partner Alev Aydin have called it quits, new reports reveal.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the "You Should Be Sad" singer, who uses she/they pronouns, filed a petition requesting full physical custody of the pair's 21-month-old son, Edner Ridley Aydin.

The docs, filed earlier this month, also state that Halsey, 28, is seeking joint legal custody of the toddler, as well as joint expenses with visitation rights for Aydin, 40.

The former flames were first linked to each other in 2020, before officially confirming their relationship in January 2021 with the news that they were expecting their first child together.

"surprise! 🍼🌈👼🏻" Halsey wrote via Instagram at the time, sharing snaps from a stunning maternity shoot where they flaunted their bare pregnancy belly. Though not featured in the photo, Aydin's Instagram account was tagged in the post.

The duo welcomed their bouncing baby boy six months later, with Halsey debuting the first photo of the newborn on their Instagram page at the time.

"Gratitude. For the most 'rare' and euphoric birth," Halsey captioned the July 2021 post, which featured an intimate photo of Aydin sitting at their bedside while they cradled the newborn.

The caption continued, "Powered by love," followed by the infant's full name and birth date.

Halsey and Aydin both have yet to comment publicly on the split, which must have taken place sometime in the past couple of months, considering the exes celebrated Valentine's Day together back in February.
