Halsey Looks Out of This World in Dark Blue Satin Gown

If walls could talk, they would probably agree with us when we say Halsey just delivered one of the best award show looks of the season.
The 29-year-old pop sensation, who uses she/they pronouns, was photographed attending the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sunday, Oct. 8, and they looked absolutely stunning for the occasion.
New images captured the "Without Me" singer looking darling in a dark sapphire blue satin maxi dress that featured a jewel neckline, fitted bodice, structured shoulders and a pencil skirt. According to our research, the gown appears to be part of the Tory Burch Resort 2024 Runway collection.

The New Jersey-born star accessorized the stellar look with a studded black belt fitted around her hips, a pair of silver earrings, a few dainty silver rings and matching metallic silver pumps. To complete the look, she kept her short hair and makeup simple, only adding a nude lip, peachy blush and blue eyeshadow.
Halsey was joined by fellow musicians Latto and Machine Gun Kelly as performers for this year's summit. Others in attendance reportedly included Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny, Rainn Wilson and Cruel Summer's Lexi Underwood.
The red carpet moment is one of Halsey's first since they and Avan Jogia went public with their relationship, news of which came about six months after the singer confirmed she split from longtime partner Alev Aydin, with whom Halsey shares a toddler named Ender.
