Hallmark Fans Are Blown Away After Lacey Chabert Posts Rare Instagram of Her Daughter Julia

Lacey Chabert may be open about sharing her work on social media, but fans just saw a tender throwback moment with a special person in her life.

In a new post added to the Hallmark actress' Instagram, she gave a rare glimpse of her daughter Julia through a never-before-seen family photo. While the black-and-white picture was taken a few years ago (she welcomed the six year old with her husband David Nehdar in September 2016), Lacey got personal in the caption about the love she has for her child and how it affects her when filming movies for the popular TV network.

"This popped up in my photo memories as 6 years ago," she wrote on March 13. "Where does the time go?! My daughter is the light of my life and I can’t wait to get home to hug her and kiss those little cheeks exactly one million times! Filming these movies on location is such a special experience for which I’m so grateful, but there’s no place like home 💜."

Because it's not often fans get a look at Lacey experiencing motherhood, the Mean Girls star's upload pulled on some heartstrings for her followers. As a result, many commented about how remarkable it was to see the connection she has built with Julia over the years.

"Time goes too fast when you're a Momma! 👶👧⛹️♀️," one person wrote on Instagram. "No there is nothing in this world comparable to your child! ❤️ and yes I agree, Home Sweet Home! 🙌," another mentioned. "Cherish her and love her more every day, if that is even possible. They are the best little angels ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," a different user added.

In case you're wondering what movie Lacey was referring to in her caption, the actress is currently on-location in Malta for her upcoming Hallmark film The Dancing Detective: A Deadly Tango. She reunited with actor and longtime friend Will Kemp, after previously working together on Love, Romance & Chocolate in 2019 and in Christmas Waltz in 2020.

Although Lacey makes a conscious effort to keep her family life away from the spotlight, this isn't the only time she's posted about Julia on Instagram. In October 2022, the actress shared an on-set photo with her daughter as the special guest for the day.

What's more, she documented her feelings about Julia's first day of school a few weeks before, proving that she continues to strive for balance between her professional and personal life.
