Hallmark Countdown to Christmas December 2023 Line-Up

If you spent much of your November glued to the television screen for the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas movie offerings, you haven't seen anything yet. What follows is our look at the Christmas flicks for December, a total of nine of them between December 1st's My Norwegian Holiday and December 17th's Friends and Family Christmas. Let's face it, nobody does Christmas like Hallmark, and they're ready to prove it to you all over again with the Hallmark Countdown to Christmas in December.
My Norwegian Holiday (December 1)
Grieving the loss of her grandmother and looking for inspiration for a dissertation she has to write, J.J. (Rhiannon Fish) comes across Norweigna Henrik (David Elsendoorn), whose discovery of a troll figurine from his hometown leads to a deepening connection between the two of them that dovetails perfectly with Christmas and his sister's wedding.
You may recognize Rhiannon Fish from: Hallmark films Remembering Love and You're Bacon Me Crazy as well as the TV series The 100.

A Not So Royal Christmas (December 2)
Brooke D'orsay is tabloid journalist Charlotte, who is trying to land an interview with a reclusive count. What she doesn't know is that the count took off a long time ago, but his family attempts to keep the illusion of him alive by having Will Kemp's role of the groundskeeper pretend to be royalty. Bet you can't guess what happens next.

Christmas with a Kiss (December 3)
When Mona (Mishael Morgan) returns to her home town for Christmas, photo journalist Dez (Ronnie Rowe, Jr.) reunites her with Fletcher (Jamie M. Callica), a love from her past.
You may recognize Mishael Morgan from: Her roles of Hilary Curtis and Amanda Sinclaire on The Young and the Restless, a show that garnered her the first Daytime Emmy Award for a black actress.

Magic in Mistletoe (December 8)
Reclusive mega-successful author Harrington (Paul Campbell) returns to his home town for Christmas followed by his publicist, April (Lyndie Greenwood), who is there to do damage control as a result of his recent controversial comments. What they find is a growing connection between them.

Christmas on Cherry Lane (December 9)
On Christmas Eve a group of characters are going through life-changing experiences, among them a young couple preparing to welcome their first child, an empty-nester and her fiance beginning a new chapter in their lives, and a couple who is unexpectedly given the opportunity to expand their family. The cast includes Catherine Bell, Jonathan Bennett, John Brotherton, Erin Cahill, James Denton and Vincent Rodriguez.

Round and Round (December 10)
A nice mixture of sci-fi and romance as Rachel (Vic Michaelis) finds herself in a time loop, resulting in her continually reliving her parents' Hanukkah party. The only way out may be Zach (Bryan Greenberg), a "nice boy" that her grandmother has attempted to set her up with.

The Secret Gift of Christmas (December 15)
Personal shopper Bonnie (Meghan Ory) has taken on the personal mission of reconnecting the newly widowed Patrick (Christopher Russell) with his daughter. We suspect there may be more than one connection made in this film.

Sealed with a List (December 16)
Carley (Katie Findlay) decides to spend the holiday season achieving the list of resolutions she'd made the year before. Aided by Wyatt (Evan Roderick), a coworker, she is able to follow her dreams and find love.

Friends and Family Christmas (December 17)
Set up by their parents, entertainment lawyer Amelia (Ali Liebert) and artist Daniella (Humberly Gonzalez) decide to placate them by pretending to be dating during the holidays, but romance blossoms between them.
