Halle Berry Shares Rare Photos of 'Sweet Angel' Daughter in Honor of Her Birthday

The notoriously private mom surprised fans with some photos of the 15-year-old.

Halle Berry is celebrating her eldest child on her big day.

The actress rang in her now-15-year-old daughter Nahla’s birthday on Instagram with a slideshow of heartwarming photos.

“One of the greatest gifts the universe has given me is my daughter, Nahla,” the proud mom began in the caption, adding, “She is the sun that never fades and the moon that never wanes! Please join me in wishing her a happy 15th Birthday today! I love you sweet angel.”

The first photo features a portrait of the mother-daughter duo locked in a tight embrace, with the phrase “love you more” carved into the picture frame. A second photo seems to be taken from vacation, with Nahla lounging on a hammock above the ocean blue water, her back turned to the camera as she takes in the sights.

The final shot is seemingly the most recent, with the teen sitting on a daybed rocking an oversized flannel shirt, and pulling her hat down to hide her face.

Berry shares Nahla with ex-boyfriend and model Gabriel Aubry. She’s also a mom to nine-year-old son, Maceo, with ex-husband and French actor Olivier Martinez.

The Catwoman star has kept both of her children out of the public eye, so the rare glimpse delighted fans, with many taking to the comments to wish Nahla a happy birthday and lamenting at how fast time flies.
