Halle Berry just posted some new fitness inspiration to her Instagram, and now we know what sneakers she swears by for her training sessions. Her secret to moving seamlessly: a pair of Allbirds.

In the photo, Halle's wearing Allbirds' Women's Tree Dashers in the Thunder colorway while nailing some self-defense techniques with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas. A celeb favorite, backed by investors like Leonardo DiCaprio, shoes from Allbirds are made with sustainability in mind.

The carbon footprint it takes to create a pair of Allbirds is about half that of other sneakers, and the brand has a plan to completely eliminate their carbon footprint sometime in the future.

But aside from being eco-friendly, Allbirds are also designed for comfort and performance. The shoes are made with a foam midsole to deliver cushion, stability and energy return, while the wool fabric around the heel supports and locks your foot in place.

It's a fact of life that sneakers will inevitably get dirty, but these are extra easy to clean. Just throw them into delicate bags and toss them in the washing machine using a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Once they're done washing, shake off the excess water and let them air dry.

Customers who have bought the shoes say the comfort is next-level. "I love these. I was very skeptical because I have bad wheels and have had many surgeries to correct issues. I was able to walk 3.5 miles with no problem and they were so comfortable," wrote one reviewer on the Allbirds site.

Runners will especially love them, says another reviewer.

"I've worn these on all my runs: zero minutes of break-in time, zero blisters, 80 percent less back pain," they wrote.

The Women's Tree Dashers from Allbirds are available in 15 different colorways. You can get a pair in your favorite style at Allbirds for $125.
