Halle Bailey’s Breezy White Jumpsuit Is the Perfect Outfit for a Sunset Stroll Along the Beach

Summer simply can’t come soon enough. Celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Kendall Jenner have had us pining for sunny, warm weather for months, as they post swimsuit photos from their winter escapes. Now, Halle Bailey is joining in on the fun with a breezy monochromatic white look.

On Saturday, the Little Mermaid star attended the Aerie Real Fest at the Carlyle in Atlanta in the perfect ensemble for a sunset stroll along the beach. Bailey’s look started with a white linen jumpsuit that featured a strapless, ribbed tube-top bodice with cutouts along each hip, which extended along her back, and flowy, slightly transparent wide-leg pants. She accented the look with white open-toe sandals with a wide clear band across the front, gold drop earrings, layers of gold charm bracelets, a gold necklace with several jewels throughout and a small charm, and a dainty gold chain necklace with her son’s name, Halo, in the front. Bailey glammed up with dewy, bright makeup, complete with a shimmery smoky eye, rosy cheeks, a glossy nude-brown lip, and a gem-adorned manicure, and debuted a curly bob.

Earlier this month, the actor and singer traded summertime chic for full red-carpet glamour at the 55th Annual NAACP Awards. For the grand occasion—where she and the rest of the cast of 2023’s musical The Color Purple took home the award for Outstanding Motion Picture—she looked regal in a rich emerald-green gown by Nicole + Felicia Couture. The striking centerpiece featured a sharp plunging sweetheart neckline; a structured bodice that resembled butterfly wings, adorned with decorative pleats that formed rosettes on each bust; pleated drapery details along the hips; and a sweeping subtle mermaid skirt that completely covered her shoes, which she accented with classic diamond string drop earrings and several diamond rings.
