Hailey Bieber Wore a Sexy Little Black Dress to a Wedding With Justin
Justin and Hailey Bieber got dressed up to attend a wedding this weekend, and Hailey opted to go full hot wedding date in a chic little black dress...because why TF not, right? Justin, on the other hand, wore a dapper blue suit and white hat to the ceremony, and later shared pics of him and Hailey looking 🔥 together. Over five million people gave them a Like on Instagram, which totally puts the 73 Likes I got on my last selfie to shame. I can see why:
Hailey spoke to Elle earlier this year about her relationship with Justin and why they married so fast. When they got together in June 2018, just three months before their September 2018 courthouse wedding, Hailey said Justin was “at a stage of his life where he could make decisions like, ‘I’m done with girls, and I’m done with fooling around, and I’m done with partying.’ We were friends first for a really long time before there was anything romantic. But we always knew that we were aligned on what we wanted in our future. We had talked about wanting to be married young and having a family young and building a life. Even before we knew we wanted to be with each other.”
Hailey also felt pretty comfortable getting married in her early 20s. “I mean, I was married when I was 21, two months before I turned 22, which is insanely young,” she said. “And sounds almost ridiculous when you say it out loud. Although I do think for somebody like me and somebody like Justin, [it’s different]. We’ve seen a lot for our age. We have both lived enough life to know that’s what we wanted.”
Justin spoke to GQ for its May 2021 issue about how the couple grew a lot in their first year of marriage. “The first year of marriage was really tough because there was a lot, going back to the trauma stuff,” Justin said. “There was just lack of trust. There was all these things that you don’t want to admit to the person that you’re with, because it’s scary. You don’t want to scare them off by saying, ‘I’m scared.’”
Two years into marriage, things are much better: “We’re just creating these moments for us as a couple, as a family, that we’re building these memories,” Justin said. “And it’s beautiful that we have that to look forward to. Before, I didn’t have that to look forward to in my life. My home life was unstable. Like, my home life was not existing. I didn’t have a significant other. I didn’t have someone to love. I didn’t have someone to pour into. But now I have that.”
