Hailey Bieber is using her platform to encourage people to vote.

The model and Rhode founder partnered with the nonpartisan, nonprofit group I am a voter. for a new video campaign ahead of the November midterms. In the PSA, which she shared on Instagram yesterday and was filmed at OBB Studios in Hollywood, Bieber wears an all-black outfit, featuring the group's logo t-shirt, as she explains the importance of participating in this year's general elections.

She begins by reminding viewers that "there's time to make sure you're registered to vote and start making your voting plan."

"The general election is November 8, and most Americans can vote earlier than that," she says, adding that there are house, senate, and governor seats up for election along with state and local positions.

"Make sure you’re registered. Make your plan to vote and vote early if you can. The election doesn’t start on November 8th, it ends on November 8th. Text VOTER to 26797," the clip's caption reads.

The model has been a vocal advocate for voting rights, previously taking part in campaigns amid the 2020 elections. At the time, she partnered with filmmaker Oge Egbuonu on a campaign which included a motivating PSA and a collection with Levi's. Last May, Bieber also signed Planned Parenthood's full-page newspaper ad condemning the Supreme Court's plan to overturn Roe v. Wade.

This year's midterm elections include several races that directly affect the future of women's rights, as reproductive rights are challenged at the federal and local levels. November will also see a record number of women running for governor and state legislature positions.
