Hailey Bieber Responds to Pregnancy Speculation After Justin Sparks Rumors on His Instagram

Justin Bieber sparked pregnancy rumors this week when he captioned an Instagram he shared of himself and Hailey Bieber “mom and dad.” Fans spiraled in the comments, with some speculating he made a subtle pregnancy announcement on behalf of his wife of two years. Hailey saw the buzz and set the record straight hours later with her own comment.
She wrote on his post, “I think u should maybe change this caption to *Dog Mom and Dad* before anyone gets it twisted. 😂” At that point, some people and outlets had openly questioning whether there was any baby on the way.
Hailey and Justin have been open about their hopes to have a family someday. Hailey spoke to ELLE in March 2021 about why she was ready to get married early, sharing the two hoped to have children young. (Hailey and Justin wedded when she was just 21.) “We always knew that we were aligned on what we wanted in our future,” she said. “We had talked about wanting to be married young and having a family young and building a life. Even before we knew we wanted to be with each other.”
In May, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Hailey and Justin weren't planning on starting a family anytime soon.
“Justin and Hailey are doing amazing and are so solid,” the outlet's source said. “They've really found their groove as a married couple and are enjoying their time together. Hailey is super focused on her career right now and isn't in a rush to have kids. Of course they have talked about their future and building a family together someday, but both of them are busy with work right now and Hailey really wants to build up her YouTube channel. The two of them are very supportive of each other.”
