Hailey Bieber Photographed Her Bestie Justine Skye and the Photos Are Stunning

Justine’s on the cover of GoldLink’s new album.

Hailey Bieber has spent most of her career in front of the camera as one of the most successful models around, but now she’s showing off her skills behind it too.

Hailey shot the cover photo for rapper GoldLink’s new album, Diaspora, which comes out on June 12, and the cover model was none other than Hailey’s BFF, musician Justine Skye. The photo, which GoldLink posted to Twitter, shows Justine bathed in neon green light, wearing ‘90s-style sunglasses with her hair pulled back and a few earrings decorating her ears. It’s a gorgeous shot with a retro-modern feel, and we’re in love with the pic.

To give you some context, GoldLink and Justine are dating, and Justine and Hailey are BFFs, so it makes sense why the rapper would have chosen Hailey to snap the shot for his album. It was a collaborative process between the musicians and the model; GoldLink documented the process on his Instagram Stories, where the two friends can be seen perfecting the shot. This does lead us to the question: Did Hailey use an iPhone to take the cover photo? If so, the girl has skills!

Hailey also posted the photo to her own Instagram, making sure to add that the pic was “shot by me.” Ever the supportive BFF, Justine commented “YASSS” on the gorgeous shot, which means she obviously approves of her friend’s work for her boyfriend’s new album.

We have a feeling that this new project is just the first step for Hailey and that she’s got more photography work up her sleeve; the Diaspora cover shows that she’s got some skills behind the camera, likely honed from all her work on photo shoots for magazines like Vogue and fashion campaigns, and we can’t wait to see where she goes next.
