Hailey Bieber’s Holographic “Eyeliner” Is So Easy to Recreate

Now that masks are the new normal, makeup is less about the lips and more about playing up the eye. Abstract and graphic liners are having a moment, which can prove to be a real struggle for those still trying to perfect the classic wing. But fear not, there’s an innovative solution on the market and Hailey Bieber has been showing it off on Instagram.

On July 21, Hailey posted a radiantly sun-kissed selfie to her Instagram captioned, “had a little too much fun with my glam tonight.” Her base makeup was kept au naturel featuring a brushed up brow, glossed lips, and a glowy eye so that her holographic eyeliner could steal the show. Her liner is out of this world and celebs took to the comments to appreciate her eye-catching look. “Excuse your beautyyyyyyyyyyyyy,” wrote Hailey’s stylist Maeve Reilly. “Hey cutie,” commented actor and host Keke Palmer and “wowowowoww stunning bb in @simihazebeauty," wrote DJ duo Simi & Haze Khadra.

The good news is Hailey’s holo liner is easier to replicate than you’d think. Her look is thanks to Simi Haze Beauty’s Eye Play Sticker Book in “rave pack.” It retails for $55 and features a rainbow of eye stickers so you don’t have to do any work. BLACKPINK's Jennie and Rosé have also been seen sporting the stickers. All it takes to channel Hailey and BLACKPINK’s look is placing the stickers of your choice on your eyes and peeling them off when you’re done. (Euphoria's makeup artist Donni Davy has also released similar eye stickers in the past.)

$55.00, SimiHaze Beauty

Simi & Haze launched their own beauty brand in June and it’s a playground of colorful creativity. So far eye stickers are their only product, and frankly, it’s a genius solution to making experimental makeup simple. “These eye stickers were inspired by some of our favorite past makeup looks, from neon liner to holographic shapes,” wrote Simi & Haze on their website.

Hailey is living proof that you don’t need a glamorous red carpet event to wear bold eye looks. On the same day, she was spotted at a sushi restaurant in L.A. with her husband Justin Bieber. She kept it minimal and comfy wearing a plaid bucket hat, baggy pants, and a white cropped t-shirt with a matching lilac bag and mask. In a 24-hour period, she looked effortlessly stylish and put us onto her go-to eyeliner hack.
