Hailey Bieber took her minimalist sense of style to the Oscars after party.

Following last night's 95th annual Academy Awards, the Rhode founder joined other celebrities during the post-show fête, hosted by Vanity Fair. For the occasion, Bieber showed up in striking long-sleeved black gown, custom-made by Saint Laurent. The understated dress featured asymmetrical details, with one sleeve extending into a glove while the other, adorned with a large bow at the shoulder, draped into a floor-length sleeve. One side of the dress was also made of a completely different jet black material, which added a shiny contrast to the evening gown.

The model recently reflected on the one-year anniversary of her hospitalization after experiencing stroke-like symptoms due to her patent foramen ovale (PFO) diagnosis.

"Can't believe it's been 1 year since I suffered a mini stroke that led to my PFO diagnosis," she wrote in a post shared to her Instagram Story Saturday. "Given that it's the 1 year mark from such a life changing event, I wanted to share all the information I've learned about PFO and share resources to donate."

She then shared infographics made by UCLA Health, which described PFO as a "passageway between the left and right atria of the heart" which exists in everyone before birth but eventually closes. In Bieber's case, the flap did not close. The congenital heart defect affects "20 percent of all people, with 60 percent occurrence among 1st degree relatives," and "60 percent of people who have a stroke without known cause are likely to have a PFO."

Bieber previously opened up about her hospitalization in a video shared with fans last year.

"I'm recovering really well, really fast," she said at the time. "The biggest thing I feel, honestly, is I just feel really relieved that we were able to figure everything out, that we were able to get it closed, that I will be able to just move on from this really scary situation and just live my life."
