Hailey Bieber Is Being Accused of Subtly Responding to This Selena Drama with a Very Pointed Song

As you've likely noticed due to the absolutely endless videos about it on TikTok, Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez have entered a new drama cycle. And while Hailey has largely stayed silent over the last few days, fans are reading into some music she chose for a recent Instagram Story. Namely, her decision to use the solo version of “Calm Down” by Rema without Selena.

Could mean something. Could mean nothing. Whomst knows! But Hailey's notable music choice comes amid...well, so much, honestly. But specifically amid Selena calling her out for gagging at Taylor Swift's name in a resurfaced video on TikTok. (ICYMI, Sel wrote "So sorry my best friend is and continues to be one of the best in the game.")

Hailey's story also comes after Kylie Jenner and Hailey Bieber were accused of bullying Selena over her accidentally-over-laminated eyebrows (which both Kylie and Selena shut down), and after Selena commented on the below TikTok claiming Hailey was bullying her:

Her comment? “It’s ok! I don’t let these things get me down! Be nice to everyone! x.”

Meanwhile, Hailey commented on her own TikTok with “I never comment on this type of thing but we were just having a girls’ night and did a random TikTok sound for fun. It’s not directed at anyone [sparkles and white heart emojis].”

Following all of this, Selena took a brief break from social media (and deactivated her TikTok), saying in a live "I'm gonna be taking a second from social media, because this is a little silly. And I'm 30, I'm too old for this, so...but I love you guys so much! And I will see you guys sooner than later, I just... I'm just gonna just take a break from everything."
