Hailey Baldwin Says She Was “Ridden With Guilt” the First Few Months After Marrying Justin Bieber
Hailey Baldwin opened up about being “ridden with guilt” during the first six or seven months of her marriage to Justin Bieber.
But don’t worry, it sounds like she’s worked through it.

Yesterday, not only did Justin and Hailey go live on Facebook and talk about their sex lives, but Hailey also gave an interview to her church Hillsong’s YouTube channel about their marriage.
During the interview, Hailey talked about why the first few months of being married were a struggle for her. She opened up about how guilt has always played a role in her life, sharing:
“I put extra guilt on myself to be this good girl, to fill this role of being, like, this goody two-shoes good girl, and what I learned leading up to being married is it’s just not realistic. We all wish there were things we had never done, and we all wish there were decisions we didn’t make and mistakes we didn’t make.”
That guilt was still there when she first got married to Justin, but it sounds like it’s something she has worked through. Hailey continued, saying:
“But what I learned being married is that every mistake that I made and bad decision that I made and everything that I was making myself feel guilty for led to me being married and me being a wife. But I think in the beginning, especially for the first six or seven months of being married, I was just ridden with guilt. I wish I hadn’t done this. I wish I had just walked into this free and clean slate, but what it taught me is that it’s just (a) not realistic and (b) we all have guilt and shame for things we’ve done, but it doesn’t have to define who we are and it didn’t have to define me in my relationship.
And while Hailey didn’t share exactly which decisions or mistakes she regrets, with the amount that she and Justin are sharing on their Facebook Watch shows, maybe it will be revealed soon. 👀
