Hailee Steinfeld is total fitness #goals in a new Instagram video. The Hawkeye star, 25, just posted a compilation of her time in Miami, Florida, with her brother Griffin.

"Miami grand prix!" Hailee captioned the clip. "What a weekend huh @griffinsteinfeld?? 🤩 thank you @heineken_us !! #heinekenf1 #heinekenpartner." The wanderlust is tempting—but I'm even more focused on Hailee's sculpted core and legs.

She showed off her strong bod in a pink bra top, shorts, and a matching button-down shirt. And, followers in the comments couldn't get enough. "🔥🔥🔥," wrote actor Jamie Foxx. "SLAAAAAYYYYY," another user added (and TBH, that's all this look really needs).

Wondering how Hailee stays in such great shape? For starters, she's been a fan of exercise since she was young. Growing up, her father Pete Steinfeld, a trainer, taught her how to kickbox. "It took me so long to get it right, but now, I've been doing it for so long that I didn't think anything of it," she told Delish.

The Dickinson star also tries to get her body moving as often as she can. "I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes," she shared with Byrdie. "Just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping."

As for her core of steel, Hailee swears by just one move. She revealed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that a cool 3,000 crunches a day (yes, really) keeps her washboard abs looking defined AF:

When she's traveling for a concert tour, Hailee says dancing on stage is her favorite kind of cardio. "Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great," she told Byrdie.

As for her diet, Hailee starts every day with a big bowl of cereal. "Frosted Flakes is my current favorite, though it changes so often," she said, per Delish. For lunch, she might dive into a burger, some grilled chicken with rice, or a bowl of pasta.

And breakfast for dinner is a must. "Scrambled eggs, pancakes, what else? I love it all," she said. "You know what the best thing in the world is? French toast with corn flakes. I had them in New York, I wish I could remember where, and it's French toast coated in corn flakes."
