Hailee Steinfeld Has 🔥 Abs In New IG Pics—And Her Fans Are Legit Freaking Out

  • In the pics, the singer, 26, posed for the camera while showing off a peek of her totally sculpted abs in a cute crop top.

  • Hailee works out for her mental and physical health, and that dedication to a good sweat runs in the family because her dad is actually a personal trainer, too.

Hailee Steinfeld showed off her luscious locks and super toned abs in her latest Instagram pics. The Bumblebee star, 26, wore a gorgeous cream cropped top by Philosophy that she paired with some high-waisted jeans and some super glossy hair (she apparently got a fabulous blowout from her hairstylist, Andrew Fitzsimons). It was also hard to miss how super-strong her abs were in the 'fit.

Hailee captioned the pic with a simple "🤍". And obviously, the snaps got a lot of love from her followers. One commented, "She is beautiful inside AND out 😍☀️." And another wrote, "NEVER LOOKED BETTER GIRL!!"

To get her abs so strong, Hailee works out with her dad (who doubles as her personal trainer). "He really sees my potential and he believes in me and he pushes me and knows what I'm capable of," she told WH. In an interview with Us Weekly, Hailee explained that workouts are usually “high-intensity training with a combination of resistance and cardio.”

Of course, Hailee doesn't just work out for her physical health benefits. It's also great for her mental health. “I've never left a workout or a gym session feeling anything other than great and happier,” she said. “Just knowing what my body is capable of and being able to challenge myself…it does something for you mentally that not a lot of other things do."

Besides gym workouts, Hailee like to get moving throughout the day, especially when it involves walking her dogs. “I love staying as active as possible, taking my dogs for walks and running around with them,” she told WH. “They're very small, so I just need about twenty minutes of that and they're good.”

Basically, Hailee is the opposite of a couch potato. “My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in,” she previously told Byrdie, “whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping.”

When it comes to her diet, Hailee told WH that her mantra is "everything in moderation." “My relationship to food is rather simple. I eat when I'm hungry,” she said. BTW, if you want to read more about what this star eats every day, you can check it out here in her interview with WH.

For breakfast, Hailee like a green juice and oatmeal. Lunch and dinner are usually super fresh dishes she likes to cook herself. She'll snack on a banana, and never skips dessert, which she noted a chocolate chip cookie is her fave.

Plus, Hailee added that her goal is to fuel properly so she can crush her workouts. "I eat so that I can train, I don't train so that I can eat," she said. “And I feel I can perform to the best of my ability if I have that mindset.”
