All things considered, this recipe is super simple. There is one step you absolutely cannot skip though: lining the bowl of your slow-cooker. Without this step, you'll be left scooping your cookie out with a spoon. No good! For easy cookie removal, (ECR, as we call it in the biz) cut two long strips of parchment paper, about 5" wide. Lay them in an "x" shape in the bowl of your slow cooker.

Next, spray the bowl with nonstick cooking spray and press in your cookie dough. Top with your slow cooker lid and cook on high for 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until the outside is fully cooked and the center of the cookie is slightly doughy. If you want it more on the cooked side, change the settings to low and keep on cookin'! Asking a friend for assistance, lift your cookie out of the slow cooker, using the parchment paper as handles. Slice, and serve. Preferably with vanilla ice cream on top. ]]>😉
