Widen your skillet skillset with this delicious, simple pizza recipe. Start by preheating the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with the skillet inside of the oven. Remove the hot skillet, and place pizza dough on the surface. Add tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, or any other topping your heart desires. Bake for 7-10 minutes, then add some fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
Oven-baked cast iron skillet s’mores
Who needs a campfire when you’ve got a perfectly good cast iron skillet? Place 4 graham cracker halves on your skillet, and top with, you guessed it, chocolate and marshmallows. Broil the s’mores for 1-2 minutes, remove, and enjoy a gooey, chocolatey ride down memory lane.
