Gymnast Aly Raisman Dropped a Makeup Collection for Anyone Who Wants to Feel Fierce
Ever since Aly Raisman first somersaulted onto our TV screens, fans have been asking the gymnast to drop the beauty routine. It took a few years and a helping hand in the form of an established beauty brand, but she finally listened. Raisman has partnered with Limelife by Alcone to launch Fierce by Aly, a collection made up of eye shadow palettes, eye pencil duos, and lipsticks.
Fierceness is a Raisman mantra — it's also the name of her book — and she translated it into a mix of nude and colorful makeup that's designed to be customized to meet your mood.
"Fierce makeup may be different for each of us," she wrote on Instagram. "For some it could be a red lip or green eye shadow or a nude natural lip or maybe no makeup at all! Whatever makes you feel good is #fierce. Personally what makes me feel fierce depends on the day!"
Your own personal fierceness could come in the form of one of three three-shade palettes in the Fierce by Aly collection ($40). The collection also includes eyeliner duos ($20), featuring two different shades per stick. Finally, find your complexion-enhancing hue in one of six nude lipstick shades, named after various positive affirmations like Be Strong, Be Kind, and Be Yourself ($22).
