Gwyneth Paltrow Wears Goop’s G. Label for CFDA Fashion Awards 2023

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived on the red carpet for the 2023 Council of Fashion Designers of America Fashion Awards on Monday in New York, embracing quiet luxury in an ensemble from her G. Label by Goop. Her look included a black turtleneck bodysuit paired with a matching maxi skirt with a center slit. She completed the look with ankle-strap pumps from Jimmy Choo. She accessorized with jewelry from De Beers, including diamond drop earrings and a diamond bracelet.

Paltrow took home this year’s CFDA Innovation Award presented by Amazon Fashion for her brand, Goop. CFDA describes the award as an opportunity to recognize a visionary leading with technology and innovation in branding, marketing, social media, customer engagement, performance or product development that helps shape how customers shop today.

With Amazon Fashion presenting this year’s award, Paltrow did a get-ready-with-me on Amazon Live where viewers could see her getting ready for the ceremony.

Paltrow founded Goop in 2008. In October, Paltrow launched Good.clean.goop, marking Goop’s entrance into the mass market category. The brand is now available at Target stores, target.com and on Amazon. Price points for Good.clean.goop range between $19.99 and $39.99 and the line is divided into three categories: the “cleanical,” the “botanical” and the “superfood.”

“Since launching Goop 15 years ago, Gwyneth Paltrow has brought a new dimension to the lifestyle industry, making a case for vision and innovation in retail,” CFDA CEO Steven Kolb said in a statement ahead of this year’s awards ceremony. “We congratulate Gwyneth and her team at goop for the well-deserved Innovation Award presented by Amazon Fashion.”

Since 1980, the Council of Fashion Designers of America has celebrated the top talent in fashion design with the CFDA Awards. Presented by Amazon Fashion, this year’s ceremony is held at the Museum of Natural History and hosted by actress Anne Hathaway.
