If you ever wanted to know who taught Gwyneth Paltrow how to give a blowjob, Rob Lowe has an answer.

During an appearance on live television, Rob actually revealed that it was his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, who taught Gwyneth all about oral sex.

Rob explained that Sheryl met a teenaged Gwyneth when she was working on a movie with Blythe Danner — and immediately became like an older sister to the young actor.

"When Gwyneth was a little, precocious 18-year-old, my wife was still a makeup artist on a movie that Gwyneth's mother, Blythe Danner, was working on," Rob said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

He continued, "Gwyneth came to visit and Sheryl would give her cigarettes, and they'd go out and smoke behind the trailers. She was like a big sister to Gwyneth — still is."

And one of those big sister lessons apparently included a tutorial on how to "perform oral sex."

"Or, as I like to say, Chris Martin and Brad Falchuk, you're welcome!" Rob joked.

And Rob did, in fact, have permission to tell the story as Gwyneth originally spilled the details on his podcast, Literally! With Rob Lowe back in 2020.

"I met Sheryl, and I was like immediately obsessed with her... She was so cool. And she knew that I was sneaking cigarettes, and she would come smoke with me behind the trailer, and she taught me how to give a blowjob, and you know, all the classic Sheryl stuff," Gwyneth shared.
