Gwyneth Paltrow & Daughter Apple Are Workout Twins in This Sporty Selfie

We love to see celebrity mother-daughter twinning pics, and lately Gwyneth Paltrow has not disappointed. Following the super-summery pool selfie of herself and 16-year-old daughter Apple that she shared earlier this month and the duo’s recent denim modeling session, the GOOP founder and mother of vagina-scented candles is back with another Instagram post that proves just how much mama and daughter look alike:

“2 generations of fanatics @tracyandersonmethod 💕” she captioned the cute photo, which shows the pair in sports bras, leggings, and matching black HOKA ONE ONE sneakers. Apple snapped the selfie, but was it post workout? Pre-workout? We honestly can’t tell! Both mom and daughter look glowing, which could certainly be from exercise-induced endorphins, but it could also just be, you know, genetics.

Clearly, Apple didn’t just inherit her mom’s looks, but also her love of fitness, given the shout-out to Paltrow’s longtime celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. The fellow mama has been working with Paltrow since 2006 — and as the story goes, Paltrow was so impressed with the results she got from the Tracy Anderson Method that she became Anderson’s business partner.
