Gwyneth Paltrow shared a workout selfie of herself and her 16-year-old daughter, Apple Martin, on Instagram this past weekend.
The mother-daughter selfie appears to have been taken either before of after a workout courtesy of Tracy Anderson's livestreamed classes.
The two also recently linked up with Paltrow's mother, Blythe Danner, to talk about the release of Goop's new skincare line.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Apple Martin have yet again put their unbreakable mother-daughter bond on display.
This past weekend, the Goop founder shared a workout selfie of herself and her 16-year-old daughter. Both were clad in sports bras and leggings, with the caption giving a shout-out to the Tracy Anderson Method.
"2 generations of fanatics," the actress captioned the post, tagging Tracy Anderson, the fitness trainer who offers virtual class experiences.

Paltrow and Martin also recently linked up with actress Blythe Danner, Paltrow's mother, for the release of Goop's new skincare line. In a video shared to Paltrow's Instagram account and reported on by People, Paltrow talked with her mom and daughter about feeling beautiful and accepting the aging process.
Martin asked the two, "At what age did you feel the prettiest?"
Paltrow responded that she felt good about herself around her late 30s, admitting, though, that the aging process was "hard."
"It's definitely a process and I think when you see your face start to change you don't necessarily feel your best self externally. But the irony is it's that time in your life when you actually really like yourself and love yourself. So you sort of internally feel really beautiful," she said.
Danner added, "I think I felt prettiest at 50 and maybe cause of what you just said."
