Gwyneth Paltrow Celebrates Her Bachelorette Party in a Bikini in Mexico

Gwyneth Paltrow is letting loose—for a couple of days, at least. The mom of two jetted off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this week for her bachelorette party, and we're hoping her quick getaway to the beach destination will allow her to go off the rails. After all, what's a better time with girlfriends than drinking margaritas and eating tacos while frolicking on the beach in a bikini?
On Friday, the bride-to-be, who announced her engagement to fiancé, Brad Falchuk, in January, posted photos of her girls' trip to Mexico on social media. First, Paltrow, shared an idyllic snap of herself in a blue string bikini, matching the water, sky, and seaside loungers on the beach. A couple of hours later, the 45-year-old took to Instagram again with more photos of her "hen weekend," including a group shot of the star and Stella McCartney, plus ten of her other closest girlfriends.

While it's rumored that famous pal Cameron Diaz orchestrated the wild weekend in Mexico, booking a private jet for her guests to travel south of the border, the actress was nowhere in sight in Paltrow's pics. Also, not joining the party? Good friend Beyoncé, who is busy headlining at Coachella on Saturday.

The ladies who were able to make it for Paltrow's getaway are staying at Costa Palmas resort, where they're receiving VIP treatment. "They have many fun activities planned, including pool time, spa and fun dinners,” a source told People on Thursday.
Gwynnie is looking forward to her first wedding, as she previously eloped with her ex-husband, Chris Martin. "I’m excited about everything!” she previously stated to People. “I’ve never had a wedding before. So even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old.”
We can't wait for the impending nuptials, either!
