Unlikely collaborators Go-Gurt and Hershey's are teaming up for a wonderfully unexpected new product: Cookies 'N Creme-Flavored Yogurt. We're filing this under, "things we never knew we needed, but definitely need now."

Instagram's go-to junk food news destination @CandyHunting reported the launch on Sunday. And according to the announcement, the new product's already been spotted in stores—more specifically, Meijer.

While personally, I might not have paired Hershey's and Go-Gurt together, the partnership shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Shortly after the new year, we learned of Go-Gurt's Jolly Rancher flavor debut, a similar (and in my opinion, less appealing) concept. And before that we had a Sour Patch Kids collab. Clearly, they're pushing an agenda: dessert for breakfast.

Some fans seem into it—"I’m definitely intrigued," one user wrote. "Whoa. So a melted and chilled candy bar? I'm in!" another added. But @CandyHunting had some business-minded thoughts. "They should have partnered with Mondelez again, instead. An Oreo branded yogurt would sell better than a Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme branded yogurt," the caption read.

Hey Go-Gurt execs, you there?

Other 'grammers were less impressed. Comments included, "Dunkin cookies and creme is kinda big trash so i don’t know about this" and "I tried these and they are the jankiest cookies and cream flavor. Highly highly don’t recommend !" There were also a lot of vomiting emojis used, which is never a great sign.

It looks like a mixed bag here. Some love the idea, others hate it. But I don't really see the downside? It's an excuse to eat candy before 11 a.m—and I'm taking it.
