SINGAPORE — Fans of Guns N’ Roses: it's time to light up your mobile phones or lighters and croon to “November Rain” when the hard rock supergroup return to Singapore in November for their first concert here in more than five years.

Axl Rose, Slash and Co. will be rocking the Singapore National Stadium at 6.30pm on 12 November before continuing with their tour in Australia and New Zealand.

Tickets for the Singapore concert – co-organised by TEG Dainty and G.H.Y Culture & Media – will go on sale from next Thursday (28 July) at 10am.

Paul Dainty, CEO of TEG Dainty, said, "Announcing an international tour of this magnitude as we come out of the most challenging period in the history of live entertainment is truly gratifying. We're all eager to return to business as usual and who better to charge into international stadium touring than the mighty Guns N' Roses!"

The upcoming concert comes after Guns N’ Roses performed in Singapore on 25 February 2017, amid poor mismanagement of the 50,000 strong crowd who attended the band's debut concert here.

The chaotic vehicular and crowd traffic as well as the lack of food and bar stalls for the concert at Changi Exhibition Centre prompted a flurry of complaints from many attendees.

The concert organiser then, LAMC Productions, accepted full responsibility but also attributed the woes experienced by Guns N’ Roses fans to its lack of staff and inadequate support from the Singapore authorities.
