Gulf Shores hosting S’mores on the Shore

GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — “Campfires, music, and s’mores” are coming to the City of Gulf Shores next week as the city prepares to host S’mores on the Shore.

According to a release, the event is set to be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 23 at Gulf Place.

EVENT LOCATION:

The family-friendly event will feature free s’mores packets, a live DJ, a balloon artist, face painting and more. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and friends to relax on the Gulf Shores Public Beach.

“It’s the perfect event for families of all ages who are looking for a little free fun and excitement,” Recreation & Cultural Affairs Director Grant Brown said.

“When you combine our beautiful beaches, music, campfires and s’mores, it really does make for an incredible night.”
