Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery celebrity cameos included some major A-listers that you wouldn't expect.
In addition to the star-studded Glass Onion cast—which includes Daniel Craig as Detective Benoit Blanc, Edward Norton, Kate Hudson, Kathryn Hahn, Janelle Monáe, Leslie Odom Jr. and Dave Bautista, to name a few—there are a number of cameos in the film. Beware of spoilers ahead!

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's Glass Onion Cameo

Joseph Gordon-Levitt had a cameo in the original 2019 Knives Out as a voice on a TV show that Marta (Ana de Armas) was watching, though we never saw the star's face in the film. In another uncredited and unseen cameo, Gordon-Levitt's voice is the sound of the hourly chime on the island.

Serena Williams' Glass Onion Cameo

Serena Williams appears as herself in Glass Onion. In the movie, she reads a book called Gravity's Rainbow during a video call. In the original 2019 Knives Out, Benoit Blanc says that no one has ever read that book.

Ethan Hawke's Glass Onion Cameo
Ethan Hawke appears early in the movie giving the island guests a special incoulation against COVID-19, which enables the movie to progress without the pandemic playing too much of a role in the proceedings from thereon. He's credited as "Efficient Man." Director Rian Johnson explained that Hawke was filming Moon Knight in Budapest and came over to Greece for a day to film his scene, then went back to shoot the Marvel series.
