A rep for Al Pacino confirms that the actor and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, have welcomed a son named Roman. The news comes just a couple of months after Pacino turned 83.
The Scarface star is already a dad to three adult children and even counts another celebrity as an unofficial stepdaughter. Pacino takes fatherhood seriously, in part because of his own background.
"The conclusion of my teachers was that I needed a dad. I wasn’t an out-of-control teenager, but I was close," he told The Guardian in 2015. "My parents divorced when I was 2 and my father wasn’t in my life from then. I wanted to be different with my children. I wanted to be responsible to them, so I divide my time between two coasts."
"Kids changed my perspective," The Godfather icon added. "Before I had my three, I’d walk around in my own head, not noticing anything. Acting used to be everything; now, because of them, it’s just a small part."

Julie Pacino
Al Pacino welcomed daughter Julie Pacino with acting coach Jan Tarrant on Oct. 16, 1989. She followed her parents' footsteps into showbiz as a filmmaker and occasionally an actor, but focuses most of her efforts on directing and producing.
"As a child I was always making little shorts with my friends and writing stories to act out. I remember visiting film sets as a kid and always being incredibly intrigued by the alternate reality that I was stepping into," she told her alma mater, the New York Film Academy, in 2014. "Making movies and watching movies was always very therapeutic for me. I liked being sucked into a story, falling in love with the different characters and ultimately learning something about my own desires and myself. I feel very fortunate that I knew from an early age that I wanted to work in the film business."
Julie established a new production company called Tiny Apples in 2020.

Al Pacino's son is Anton Pacino. He welcomed Anton with his then-longtime girlfriend, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation star Beverly D'Angelo, on Jan. 25, 2001. Anton keeps a low profile, but Al has spoken about him in passing in interviews: He proudly showed off a watercolor painting near his fireplace to The New Yorker in 2014, saying Anton made it for him when he was 4 years old and titled it "New York in the Fall." Aw!

Olivia Pacino
Anton's twin, Olivia Pacino, was born to Al and D'Angelo obviously on the same day, Jan. 25, 2001. The 22-year-old is more active on social media than her siblings and posted a sweet baby photo with her famous dad to mark his 81st birthday in 2021.
